True Dermatology is Stacey Lemire’s inspiration and the result of her 20+ years of practice as a Physician Assistant. Stacey found her passion in the field of dermatology in 2003 when realizing Primary care was not her calling.
Through the years, Stacey’s zeal for providing excellent patient care propelled her to open her own practice, where her patients come first, and your experience will be truly about you.
Areas of emphasis in Stacey’s dermatology practice include; diagnosis, treatment and management of skin cancers and pre-cancers, severe acne, atopic dermatitis and eczema, hair and hair loss disorders, chronic skin diseases, atypical skin lesions, rashes, routine skin screenings and general skin concerns.
Stacey is also a sought after cosmetic injector, known for using the highest quality injectables to provide the most natural appearing treatment results. Injecting since 2004, she has trained with some of the best cosmetic injectors across the country. She has persistently worked to advance her skill level and artistry to deliver a beautiful cosmetic procedure outcome- that doesn’t look like a cosmetic procedure!

Welcome Sandy Fancher, FNP-C
Sandy is a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, having received her Bachelor of Science (BSN) from Washington State University in 2012 followed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University in May of 2024. Sandy has over 12 years of experience in the ICU and acute care setting as a certified critical care nurse (CCRN). She has honed her clinical skills and has a deep understanding of complex medical conditions which she now integrates into her dermatology practice.
Raised in the beautiful Tri-Cities, Sandy is excited to provide personalized dermatological care to her community. She believes in treating not just the symptoms but also the underlying causes of dermatological issues, ensuring that her patients receive holistic and individualized care. Her transition to dermatology is fueled by a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin and a desire to stay at the forefront of medical advancements in this field.
Sandy is happily married and mother to three sweet little boys. When she’s not caring for patients, Sandy enjoys hiking, snowboarding, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
